Life Force Energy is a natural divine energy that resides in each of us. Beyond "Kundalini Activation"
Heka Living Light can be compared to the famous Kundalini Activation process, yet it moves in a different way, usually describe as pristine and softly unifying return to truth.
What I share through the Living Light Transmissions goes way beyond Kundalini Activation. Firstly because we do not activate the kundalini, we work further than that, with the vast Divine Light in our multidimensional bodies, and secondly because not all activation spaces have been held in the purity of serving our true essence. How does it work online
I do not need to be physically present for you to receive the transmission. Time and space do not exist in the quantum field of energy, of the entire Universe and all that composes it. So even at a physical distance, you receive the same level of energy intensity.
We are all connected through universal consciousness, the Source of all, in every moment, regardless of distance or time. Everything is one, eternally, infinitely. Up and down. Inside and out.

Integration Begins After the Session
After your session begins the most essential part of the journey: integration.
What opens during a Living Light Activation does not end on the mat. The session initiates remembrance. Integration is the process through which this remembrance lands into your body, your nervous system, your perception, and your life. A seed is planted, and in the days that follow, it takes root, reorganizing your system from the inside out.
This work is not mental or conceptual. It is cellular. It is energetic. It is deeply intelligent.
Creating Space for the Light to Settle
It is recommended to rest for the remainder of the day after your session. Allow your body and nervous system to slow down. Simplify your environment. Spend time in nature. Use water consciously through hydration, showers, or baths. Minimize stimulation and give yourself space.
The Living Light continues to work for approximately two to fourteen days, sometimes gently, sometimes more intensely. During this time, your sensitivity may increase. You may feel called to be quieter, to be alone, or to create more simplicity around you. Listen carefully to your body. Gentleness and patience support the integration far more than effort.
Use the journaling prompts, meditations, and resources provided to accompany your process. Read the guidance shared with you and reach out if you need support. Being connected to others walking a similar path can be deeply grounding, as integration often unfolds through shared resonance and understanding.
Your Light Is the Medicine
Whether your experience was subtle or profound, the energy awakened is sacred. It is not external and it is not added. It is your own life force, your own Light, remembered and reactivated.

Emotional releases, resurfacing memories, heightened sensitivity, shifts in perception, sensations of floating, or old physical patterns reappearing during transmutation can occur. As your relationship to Light changes, your relationship to food, people, environments, habits, and stimulation may shift as well. What once felt neutral may now feel incompatible. This is not judgment. It is sensitivity rooted in truth.
Sovereignty, Trust, and Responsibility
Living Light work is a path of surrender, not passivity. You remain sovereign and responsible for listening, adjusting, and honoring what your system reveals. What happens during the session is only a small part of the transformation. The deeper shifts unfold through presence, embodiment, and daily awareness.
There is no right or wrong integration. Each journey is unique. Do not compare. Do not judge. Be kind to yourself.
Even if you felt little during the session, you were immersed in intensified life force. Adjustments occurred beyond the mind’s perception. Trust the intelligence at work.
Supporting Your Integration
To support your integration, it is recommended to avoid alcohol, drugs, psychedelics, and unnecessary medication for a short period after the session. Reduce caffeine, tobacco, heavy or processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Rest. Spend time in silence and in nature. Allow emotions to move without suppression. Observe changes in your habits, desires, rhythms, and relationships with curiosity rather than control.
Grounding practices can support your system, such as cold showers, epsom salt baths, walking barefoot on the earth, swimming in natural water, gentle yoga, breath awareness, meditation, journaling, gratitude, and creating a calm, safe environment around you.
Trusting the Rhythm of Your Journey
You decide the pace of your journey. There is no maximum and no “too much.” Repetition allows depth. Depth allows surrender. Surrender allows truth. When the call returns, follow it.
This is your energy. You are not receiving something external. You are remembering yourself. If energy movement reactivates spontaneously at home, during meditation, rest, or sleep, this is natural. Your system is adjusting. You remain sovereign and in control at all times.
Shadow, Light, and Wholeness
Living Light Activation opens access to all layers of being. Bliss, peace, and expansion are real. So are grief, rage, fear, and sadness. True wholeness comes from allowing both light and shadow to be seen, expressed, and integrated without shame.
Expression may take many forms: movement, sound, trembling, tears, stillness. This is intelligence restoring flow. When shadow is welcomed, power returns. When truth is allowed, wholeness emerges.
Practical Integration Guidelines
In the first days following your session, support your system by simplifying and slowing down.

Above all, be patient and gentle with yourself. Integration unfolds in its own rhythm.
Grounding and Support Practices
Grounding supports embodiment and safety as your energy recalibrates.
You may find it helpful to include practices such as cold showers, epsom salt baths, walking barefoot on the earth, swimming in natural water, or spending time outdoors. Gentle yoga, conscious movement, meditation, and breath awareness can help your system settle and integrate.
Nourish yourself with grounding foods, especially vegetables that grow in the earth. Journaling and reflection support clarity and integration. Gratitude and sensory presence help anchor the Light into daily life. Creating a calm, safe, and nourishing environment around you allows your nervous system to rest and reorganize.
Choose what feels supportive. There is no obligation to do everything.

Above all, remember this: your Light is real, intelligent, and sufficient. It is capable of dissolving any density when you trust it. The work is not to push or strive, but to believe, allow, and step out of the way of your own essence.

When to book your next heka activation?
I recommend exposing yourself to this frequency several times if you feel drawn to the process. The density of our bodies detaches & is released in layers. So the more you experience it, the more the body will begin to trust and an even deeper liberation will take place.
Each transmission will be different depending on your body and your energy at that moment. The more you receive this process, the more your system trusts, relaxes and surrenders to the magic of who you are, awakening you to whole new levels.
