for Connecting with Your Own Divine Essence
Preparing Your Sacred Space
Take ten to fifteen minutes, or more if you wish, to prepare a space that feels safe, intentional, and nourishing. Choose objects that resonate with you — candles, incense, crystals, natural elements, or anything that evokes beauty and presence.
As you do this, gently set the intention that this space is dedicated to clarity, truth, and inner listening. Allow it to feel protected, grounded, and held, welcoming only what is aligned with your highest good.
Creating Your Sound Landscape
Create a playlist that follows a natural rhythm — soft, building, then returning to softness. Let the music support movement, stillness, and emotional expression without forcing anything. End with something grounding, spacious, or uplifting.
Use good-quality speakers or headphones so the sound can fully envelop you and support immersion.
Finding a Restful Position
Choose a quiet, distraction-free environment where you can lie down comfortably on a mat or soft surface. Allow your spine to be long and supported. Avoid placing a pillow under your head so the neck remains neutral. You may place support under your legs if that helps your body relax.
Let comfort and alertness coexist.
Setting a Gentle Intention
If it feels right, you may set a simple intention, such as:
“I open to my living essence.”

Well let me remind you that ENERGY IS ALL THAT IS. So no, you do not need to be physically present to give a transmission. Time and space do not exist in the quantum field of Energy, of the entire Universe and everything that composes it. So even at a physical distance, the people will receive the same level of energy intensity. Your Kundalini Frequency works beyond space and time.

- download Zoom App and take at least the first plan paid account to host your first sessions without restrictions.
- prepare your playlist on Spotify
- share your sound on Zoom : choose share screen > more options > share only my sound. In this way, your participants will hear the music your computer plays when you start your playlist on it.
- invite them to do a sound check after your introduction on the call to set their volume high enough
- invite them to lay down comfortably with the head turned towards the camera or from the profile in a way that you can see their body, then start your session as you would in person. Surrender.
Remember to send all the informations to prepare best to your participants before your call, like these :
- wears loose, comfortable clothing. Try to avoid metal closures or snaps on the front
- eats little or not at all 3 hours before the session. An empty stomach is best, but a light snack like fruit is fine.
- no coffee, alcohol, or use of other substances a few days before
- you can use an eye mask to help you relax more deeply, throughout the session, you will keep your eyes closed.

Here are some simple, yet profound, practices and rituals to enhance the resilience and capacity of your nervous system, working directly through the body, through the nerves :
Be Present in Your Body: Listen to its whispers, slow down, and follow its natural impulses.
Mindful Exploration: Observe your environment, feel your body, name and touch objects, and embrace the colors around you.
Affirmation: Say out loud, « I am here, I am safe. » Let these words resonate within you.
Smile: A simple smile can awaken a world of positive energy within you and the most simple powerful hack of your nervous system
Shaking and Somatic Release: Allow your body to shake, clearing the energy channels, and opening them up to more energy. Give yourself permission to feel and express.
Humming and Emotional Sound Release: Allow your depths to be heard through sounds, roars, cries, and outward expressions.
Vibrate and Wiggle: Use sound, breath, and movement to activate aliveness in your body.
Dance: Express your inner self through the art of intuitive dancing.
Ground Yourself: Ensure your feet are planted firmly on the ground with soft knees. Ground however you prefer, in your body, in your heart, in the vastness, in Mother Earth.
Sway Side to Side: Stand and let your body gently balance right to left, front to back, bringing a sense of fluidity. This tells your nervous system that all is well.
Pelvic Pulsing: Move your pelvis in all directions, exploring the full range of movement, allowing release in your hips.
Box Breath: Expand your nervous system’s capacity by practicing this rhythmic breath technique (INHALE for 4, HOLD for 4, EXHALE for 4, HOLD for 4… then the next day extend to 5 seconds, then 6 seconds…)

Kybalion Wisdom
I recommend you to read this bible on self & energy mastery. “The Kybalion”, by Three Initiates, outlines seven Hermetic principles that are said to govern the universe and underlie the workings of reality. These principles emphasize the interplay between the mental & the physical, the spiritual & the material. Practitioners use these principles to better understand the universe, themselves, and to achieve greater self-mastery and personal transformation. Here is a small taste of its wisdom :
1. The Principle of Mentalism: This principle states that the All is mind, and the universe is mental. In other words, everything is a mental creation. This law emphasizes the power of thought, consciousness, and the mind in shaping one’s reality.
2. The Principle of Correspondence: As above, so below; as below, so above. This principle highlights the idea that there is a correspondence between the macrocosm (the universe) and the microcosm (individuals). The patterns and laws that operate in the universe also operate within us.
3. The Principle of Vibration: Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates. This principle suggests that everything is energy in constant motion and vibration. This includes thoughts, feelings, and even matter. Understanding and controlling these vibrations can lead to mastery.
4. The Principle of Polarity: Everything has its opposite; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites. This principle underscores the duality and polarity present in everything, from hot and cold to love and fear. By understanding these dualities, and how to switch from one degree to its opposite, one can achieve balance and mastery.
5. The Principle of Rhythm: Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall. This principle describes the cyclical nature of life and the constant ebb and flow of energies, experiences, and emotions. Recognizing these rhythms can lead to a greater sense of harmony.
6. The Principle of Cause and Effect: Every cause has its effect; every effect has its cause. This is the universal law of cause and effect, stating that every action has consequences. It emphasizes personal responsibility and the idea that one’s thoughts and actions have repercussions.
7. The Principle of Gender: Gender is in everything; everything has its masculine and feminine principles. This principle recognizes the presence of masculine and feminine energies in all things, not limited to gender but representing creative and receptive forces. Balancing these energies is essential for personal growth.
